Terms and Conditions

All lessons must be paid for in advance of the term start date or a £10.00 administration fee will be payable for each reminder sent. 

Once a place has been booked on a course, there will be no refund given if cancelled less than 3 days prior to the start date, courses cancelled with more than 3 days notice will be entitled to a refund for monies paid, but there will be a £15.00 administration fee. 

Absences cannot be transferred and refunds will not be given.  

We reserve the right to change times and locations for reasons beyond our control or cancel lessons if there are insufficient numbers. 

It is the parent/carers responsibility to maintain their children’s safety both prior to and after their lesson. 

Any information given regarding a child’s ability or medical details will be assumed true and accurate. If this should not be the case, then we will not be held liable. 

Information given will be stored on computer and will be only used for our purposes. No information will be given to a third party without your prior consent. 

Under our child protection act, the use of all mobile phones, cameras and recording is forbidden at any of our pools.  

I give my consent for First Aid Treatment to be given to my child by qualified staff, or for my child to be taken to hospital in an emergency. I accept all of the above terms and conditions. 

All students that are not toilet trained must wear a double nappy system. This is a Huggies disposable or washable swim nappy with a neoprene ‘Happy Nappy’ or adult equivalent ‘Splash Shorts’ over the top. Happy Nappies and Splash Shorts are available from www.splashabout.com.
